The Institution of Civil Engineers Graduates and Students Committee for the North East region runs an annual Creative Construction competition with support from the School of Civil Engineering and Geosciences and the Faculty of Science, Agriculture and Engineering. Events are run in schools throughout the year with the winning team from each school invited to compete in an on-campus final event.
